Trail Running or Hiking

Embrace the beauty of summer and swap the treadmill for a scenic trail run or hiking adventure. Trail running or hiking not only provides a challenging cardiovascular workout, but it also engages various muscles in your legs, core, and upper body that you do not normally use in a workout due to the uneven terrain.

Whether it is a local trail, or a national park, trail running or hiking allows you to immerse yourself in breathtaking landscapes and enjoy the beauty of nature while burning calories. Remember to wear appropriate trail running or hiking shoes and to stay hydrated throughout this outdoor workout.

Cycling
